Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in scaling our affiliate program and building strong, profitable partnerships. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, managing existing partnerships, and optimizing our affiliate marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the Mysticsense program; build strong relationships with existing affiliates and work with them to optimize and grow their campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring mutual success.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to affiliate needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Mysticsense at the forefront of affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliates & Partners Management
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and tools in both Web and Mobile platforms.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to leverage data in decision-making processes.
• A proficient grasp of digital marketing dynamics and the online sector.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with both partners and internal teams.
• Innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
