Position Overview:

We are seeking for a Solution Architect specializing in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) to join our leading team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CVAD and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CVAD solutions for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect and design comprehensive CVAD solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of CVAD environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including setup, configuration, and management.
• Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and technical recommendations to maximize the value of CVAD investments.
• Project Management: Manage CVAD projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to CVAD environments, collaborating with support and engineering teams as necessary.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution architectures, implementation guides, and best practices.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest CVAD technologies and industry trends, and integrate this knowledge into solution designs and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Certifications: Citrix certifications such as CCP-V, CCE-V are highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication: Strong communication, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing projects and delivering results within scope and time.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
