We are searching for a talented Tableau Developer to join our team and play a key role in our data visualization strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a dashboard design specialist with a keen eye for aesthetics and the technical expertise to bring their creative vision to life.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop/Creator.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with back-end DWH developers to understand data relations and create efficient data flows while keeping our “one source of truth” approach.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize best practices in data visualization to create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Tableau features and functionalities.
• Maintain Tableau environment including monitoring and upgrades.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing dashboards.
• Building and maintaining data extracts.
• May assist with the development and implementation of a data visualization style guide.

For that mission you’ll need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing dashboards in Tableau.
• Proven track record of creating self-explanatory dashboards and optimizing the user experience tailored to specific audiences.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying (e.g., creating complex joins, optimization, testing, and debugging).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
• Tableau Desktop Specialist certification is a plus.
