• Working hours: 4 PM to 12 AM Sunday to Thursday

Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success and Sales representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, as well as helping us grow our business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to existing clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and pursue them through the sales cycle.
• Close deals and achieve sales goals
• Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and ensure we are meeting customer needs.
• Continuously improve our customer success and sales processes to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

• Fluent English (Written and Spoken) – MUST!
• Experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very communicative person and a team player
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
