The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Talented individual, LLM AI Developer who will join the R&D team.

In this role, you will be part of advanced research efforts to investigate and develop architectural solutions for optimizing the networking aspects of large language models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement AI Models:
• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models, with a focus on deep learning architectures.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to address complex problems and enhance model performance
• Conduct Research and Experimentation.
• Develop and deploy NLP models for understanding and generating human language
• Data Handling and Processing: Efficiently handle and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to understand business requirements and design AI solutions accordingly.

Qualification

• BSc/MSc graduate of Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 7 years’ experience as an AI Developer for a SaaS company.
• 4+ years' experience as NLP/LLM AI Developer.
• Deep Understanding of Machine Learning and Neural Networks.
• Hands-on development experience in Python and AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience in NLP techniques for understanding and generating human language.
• Data-oriented personality, analytical mindset, and problem-solving aptitude with a genuine passion for pushing the boundaries of networking performance in AI.Ability to Embrace Change: Thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment while remaining cool-headed when working towards tight timelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, Continuous Learner: Always seeking new and better solutions.
