Data Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

·      Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data across systems and processes

·      Document the data pipeline

·      Map data requirements and priorities

·      Collaborate with Developers and Product to define data quality metrics and KPIs

·      Develop and implement data quality and integrity validation tests to identify discrepancies, quality/processing issues, anomalies, and areas for improvement across the different components involved in data flow

·      Monitor the data flow and identify potential issues

·      Recommend and Create reports based on data analysis results

Requirements:

·      2-5 years experience in a data analysis or data management role

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation tasks
• Proficiency in SQL and excel
• BA in information technology or data management or a related field
• Knowledge of data quality management concepts and techniques
• Team-player with good Interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot discrepancies in data
• Ability to analyse, model and interpret data
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Methodical and logical approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Uunderstanding the ethics of gathering and working with data.
• Interest in Culture, Language and Society

• Advantage:
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
• Understanding of data modelling and database design principles
• Proficiency in JAVA programming
