We are looking for a CEO to manage our subsidiary company in INDIA!
The company is responsible for providing maintenance services to military systems in India, in joint ownership with an Indian company.
What will you do:
- Business management of the unit.
- Dealing with joint owners and the company's board of directors.
- Strengthening the operational strategy of the military systems in India.
- Promoting collaborations.
- Negotiating and closing contracts with the military branches in India.
- Project management of maintenance and services.
- Control and supervision of the supply chain and human resources management of the company.
- Relocation to India for a minimum of 3 years.
What we're looking for:
Mandatory Qualifications-
- Israeli citizenship.
- Academic qualification.
- 3 years of professional experience in unit/company management with an annual turnover of 30 million dollars.
- Proven experience in business negotiations with foreign companies.
- Great proficiency in English.
Additional Qualifications (advantageous)-
- Experience in the business/security field in India.
- Experience working with subsidiaries / joint ventures.
- Financial report reading and analysis skills.
- Familiarity with the financial system of a large company.
- General knowledge of international contracts.
- Familiarity with the military/aviation sector.
Leadership Qualifications-
- Leadership and delegation skills.
- A systemic approach to teamwork across the company.
- Developing a business and organizational strategy leading to technological innovation.
- Promoting and shaping cultural and organizational change processes.
- Business success-oriented.
