Junior Business Development & Recruiting Coordinator

In this role, you will:

• Source and recruit top talent.
• Post open positions effectively.
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations: Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate skills and suitability.
• Onboard new hires: Collaborate with the payroll department to manage salaries, benefits packages, and employee welfare.
• Develop and implement client acquisition strategies: You'll engage directly with a diverse clientele, ranging from tech startups to governmental bodies and private enterprises across various sectors.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships: Proactively manage client communication, build strong connections, and identify their specific outsourcing needs.

Qualifications:

• One Year of Experience as a Recruiter with a Preference for Placement Companies
• Proven experience in Microsoft Office and other relevant applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent English proficiency and Hebrew at a native or near-native level
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and Canva for creating engaging visual content.
