What will you do?

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bootcamp manager located in Ramat Gan. As a Bootcamp manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bootcamp programs. This includes managing the curriculum, leading and mentoring instructors, monitoring student progress, and ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants. You will also collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to continuously improve and expand the bootcamp offerings.

Requirements:

Experience in program or project management- a must

Strong leadership and mentoring skills- a must

Excellent organizational and time management abilities- a must

Effective communication and presentation skills- a must

Knowledge of software development or related fields- a must

Experience in designing and delivering training programs- a must

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- a must

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field a significant advantage
