Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support K-Logic’s growth and success. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking events) to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and job specifications.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Take part in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Continue to develop and enhance the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in the marketing industry- Advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
