Customer Success Expert for Photogrammetry products

We are looking for a Customer Success Expert, with strong GIS/geospatial knowledge, who will master and assist local and international users in using our 3D GIS products.

The job involves hands-on technical relationships with users, partners, and internal development teams.

Full reasponsibility on the customer support life cycle

In addition, will develop and maintain with the company customer the post-sale program.

Working in a dynamic, technology-savvy organization, also extends the responsibilities and acquired knowledge to various other areas of the product life-cycle.

 Requirements and Skills

·        GIS background and experience

·        1-2 years’ experience in support/service oriented

·        English – Very good written and oral

·        Time management and presentation skills

·        Experience in the defence market - Advantage
