Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and responsibility on a running operating site.
• Design, develop, and maintain web application using best practices
•  Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
•  Defining requirements, characterization, implementation, assimilation and maintenance of existing systems.
• Provide support during critical incidents and lead rapid response and resolution efforts.

Experience, Skills and requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer sciences and/or a graduate of an elite technological IDF unit.
• Proven experience with .NET FW and .NET CORE on Windows, C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, MSSQL.
• Proven experience in leading a developers team.
• In-depth familiarity and experience on the Server side.
• Strong analytical skills, architectural thinking and comprehensive understanding of business processes.
• A good team player, maintaining excellent interpersonal relations.
• Possessing strong self-learning and adaptation capabilities.
• The ability to work under pressure.

It's even better if you have:

• Familiarity with the capital market and clearance activity.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, gRPC, RESTfull services, Angular.
• Experience in Cloud developing.
