Human Resources Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Manager for Tnuva Alternative Factory and the Harduf Dairy - temporary position

In this role, you'll oversee all human resources processes at both sites.

Your responsibilities will include managing HR operations, maintaining labor relations, and ensuring legal compliance.

You'll provide support and guidance to managers on HR matters and manage the employee lifecycle process.

Your role will also involve organizational development, training, and enrichment initiatives, including implementing annual training plans, developing managerial processes, and ensuring operational excellence.

You'll lead recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, induction, mentoring, and facilitating internal mobility and promotions.

Additionally, you'll oversee site welfare programs, implementing corporate welfare policies and addressing annual and quarterly welfare needs.

This temporary position is a maternity leave replacement.

What do you need?

- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of two years' experience in HR management.

- Diverse HR experience including managerial training, recruitment, labor law, employee care, welfare, and training.

- Experience in multi-interface organizations.

- Experience in industrial settings, with experience in factories being a significant advantage.

- Experience leading complex change processes.

- Experience working with employee committees is a plus.

- Familiarity with operational excellence processes is advantageous.
