We are Seeking for a Priority Developer to Join Our Team! The Priority Developer will report to Chief

Technology and Innovation Officer (CTiO). As the Priority developer and implementer, you’ll be responsible for customizing the platform for Rhenium’s needs. As part of your role, you’ll work directly with our internal stakeholders from the different departments to understand their needs and design and implement/develop the appropriate solution in the Priority. You’ll report directly to the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTiO) and play a vital role in Rhenium’s digital transformation.

Position description:

• Implementing and developing the Priority platform, which includes requirements gathering, system analyzing, solution design and implementation, developing interfaces with external platforms, testing, and training.
• Investigating and troubleshooting issues.
• Customizing (implementation & development) the current solution.
• Reviewing 3rd party modules, choosing the appropriate one for Rhenium’s needs, and deploying it in the platform.
• Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• The role is mainly Hands-on as an implementer and developer.

Position requirements:

• Certified Priority Developer – mandatory.
• 3 years experience as a Priority developer/implementer – mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of the basic modules in Priority, business rules, and the BPM engine.
• Experience as a developer with developing procedures and reports in Priority.
• Able to perform analysis of existing code to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Able to gather requirements and write design documents.
• Bachelor in IT management or related field – an advantage.
• Able to work independently, in a team, and with external suppliers.
• High level of accountability, work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
