C&G7 Labs, based in Beer-Sheva, is an innovative venture studio for cell and gene therapy early-stage startups.

Our main goal is to help develop novel initiatives in the field of cell and gene therapy, expediting their journey from ideation to clinical application. With an experienced and highly skilled team, strategic partnerships, and a deep understanding of the field, C&G7 Labs is dedicated to accelerating startups from the ideation phase to production and application in clinical trials. 

We are seeking an experienced CEO who shares our vision and is eager to join us during the initiation stage of the accelerator.

The ideal candidate will possess the qualifications necessary to lead and drive C&G7 labs mission:

Leadership and management skills: Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, preferably within the biotech industry or related sectors. Strong leadership skills are crucial for guiding the organization, managing teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Fundraising expertise: Proven track record in fundraising, including experience in securing venture capital, private equity, or other forms of investment for biotech startups. This entails developing fundraising strategies, pitching to investors, and negotiating funding deals.

Strategic vision and business acumen: The ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive the growth and success of the venture capital hub. This includes identifying emerging trends, evaluating market opportunities, and making informed investment decisions.

Networking and relationship-building: Establishing a robust network within the biotech industry, including connections with entrepreneurs, researchers, investors, and other key stakeholders. Building and nurturing relationships is vital for sourcing investment opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and facilitating business development.

Communication and presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating investment strategies, presenting proposals to investors, and effectively communicating with internal teams and external partners.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: A passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and driving positive change in the biotech sector. The ability to take calculated risks, adapt to changing market dynamics, and seize opportunities is crucial for success in this role.
