This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the CEO's diary, and performing various clerical and administrative tasks. You will be based in our office in Petah Tikva.
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
- Experience in diary management and clerical skills
- Ability to provide excellent administrative assistance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience in working with senior executives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
