Description

Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires technical expertise, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Areas Of Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests from employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining servers, networks, and related equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on using IT systems and software.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting copy machines and other office equipment.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support in an organization.
• Strong knowledge of Windows (10+11) and Mac operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• English – high level.
