Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll embark on a pivotal role, dedicated to cultivating meaningful relationships with our valued customers. Working closely alongside them, you will play a vital part in boosting system performance, offering hands-on training on cutting-edge features, and expediting the implementation process to ensure a swift and seamless start. Your commitment to customer success goes beyond satisfaction; it's about building lasting partnerships. As a key player in our team, you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the growth and success of our clients and our dynamic SaaS company.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in a high-growth, start-up environment, preferably with clients in the US/Canada.
• Ability to articulate complex software solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly.
• Strong teamwork and cross-cultural skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

A plus

• Experience at AI/ML companies.
• Working with Data Scientists, Risk Managers (MRM)
• Technical degree and/or experience.
• Knowledge of CRM automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
