Each member of our team is an all-around player that influences the product from overall experience to development, and you'll be no different. We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join us and will be reporting to the CFO. In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of Mize’s Partners Network processes, handling both AR and AP.
• Oversee Mize's end-to-end collection and billing processes for all products.
• Effectively distribute invoices and billing statements to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Guarantee timely receipt of payments, proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
• Maintain regular communication with customers on payments and address any outstanding issues.
• Provide support for the company's Partners Network processes, including reconciliation activities.
• Manage statements and payments to our Network Partners vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address any issues and optimize cash flow management.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of proven collection experience
• Experience working in global companies with multi-currency environment.
• Out-of-the-box thinking, multi-tasking skills, independence, highly motivated and committed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Organized with high attention to details.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with NetSuite - an advantage
