Information Technology & Infrastructure Director

we are looking for a Director of Information Technology!

This role will be responsible for leading the Information and Communications Technology to enhance our operations, business, products and secure our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• ICT Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute a forward-thinking ICT strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Proactively identify ICT gaps and vulnerabilities, creating a robust ICT strategy vision and working plan.
• Innovative Technology Leadership:
• Drive technological innovation by staying ahead of the curve on emerging IT trends.
• Foster a culture of cyber security continuous learning and implementing measures in accordance with the guidelines of the CISO team.
• Cloud Expertise:
• Leverage extensive knowledge in Azure / Microsoft 365 to optimize cloud infrastructure and services.
• Ensure the security and scalability of cloud-based solutions.
• Network and Architecture:
• Oversee WAN and LAN architecture, optimizing network performance and Availability .
• Design and implement robust encryption protocols to protect data in transit and at rest.
• Application & product Integration:
• seamless and integration of Business Applications across our digital ecosystem.
• Cyber security tools implement:
• Full responsibility for the implementation of cyber security measures in accordance with the policy of the CISO company, control, and maintenance of the measures on an ongoing basis.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure seamless operations in the face of unforeseen cyber disruptions.
• Big Data Architecture:
• Lead the development and optimization of big data architecture for data analytics and insights.
• Harness the power of data to drive informed decision-making and innovation.
• Knowledge in Technical Architectures:
• Possess deep knowledge of technical architectures, guiding the evolution of our digital ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Vendor Management:
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source and implement IT & cyber solutions.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  
  

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Info. & Com. Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• High and proven ability to manage a professional IT team, proven experience of working with systemic teams in the company, excellent human relations.
• Proven expertise in cyber security tools implementation according to CISO policy.
• experience in cloud technologies, especially Azure / Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of WAN and LAN architecture, DRP planning, Backup & Replication.
• knowledge in big data architecture and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge in Business Applications and processes ( Priority ERP / MES / WMS / Power BI).
• Familiarity with databases, such as MS SQL
• Familiarity with traditional 3 tier Datacenter management ( VMware, Storage, Networking)
• A visionary mindset with a commitment to staying ahead of emerging cyber threats.
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAP, Priority, SFDC, MCSE or equivalent.
