IT Senior Director

Reporting to the CIO, the IT Senior Director will be responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of digital tools and operations that will enhance employee productivity throughout the organization. The role involves overseeing the IT support operation, the deployment of digital workplace solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead managers and employees in different fields: IT Help Desk, field support operations, NOC, IT incidents, digital tools, PC technology, Office365, conferencing services, and more.
• Change management - develop and execute a comprehensive digital employee productivity strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Develop innovative solutions to productivity challenges in collaboration with all departments.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
• Make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement by monitoring and analyzing service operations.
• Maintain a competitive edge by staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading complex IT service and support operations.
• Experience managing outsourcing operations.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks, as well as digital workplace technologies.
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously with excellent project management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of an organization.
• A measurable results-driven analytical mindset.
