Sales Team Lead

Webbee Digital, Israel's leading company for marketing on LinkedIn, is recruiting a Sales Team Leader for a challenging and dynamic environment full of opportunities. 

Who are we? We work with major companies such as Cisco, Lenovo, IBM, Monday, Matrix, Palo Alto Networks, and many other cool and innovative startups. We specialize in B2B technology companies, helping them engage with their target audience through LinkedIn, and create exposure to senior role holders and sales opportunities. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our Sales team 
• Develop sales strategies and drive business development to achieve new customers
• Mentoring, training, and professional management.
• Motivating the team to achieve their goals!
• working as a salesperson, making sales
• Performing routine management, providing feedback, and ensuring employee retention.
• Performing market analyses and identifying new business opportunities

What you bring to the table

• 2+ years of experience in professional and personal management of employees
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience in managing employees in a remote model- mandatory 
• Fluent English- mandatory
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator - a big advantage
• An understanding of the world of technology - a plus
