Outsourcing & Placement solutions coordinator

We are currently seeking a dynamic Outsourcing & Placement Solutions Coordinator to join our team in Tel Aviv. This hybrid, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead our department's recruitment efforts and foster connections with divers’ talent You'll engage directly with many clienteles, ranging from tech startups to governmental bodies and private enterprises across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain Direct Client Communication.

- Client strategic outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

- Recruit Talent: Source, recruit, and onboard content writers, technical writers, marketing professionals, and other skilled individuals.

- Effectively post open positions and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

- Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate.

- Collaborate with the payroll Department to manage salary, benefits packages, and all welfare-related matters for department employees.

Qualifications:

- Excellent English Proficiency and Hebrew at a native or near-native level

- 1 Year Recruitment Experience.

- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant computer systems.

- Innovative Thinking: Possess a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, coupled with a drive for continuous improvement.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Proven knowledge in social media, including LinkedIn recruiter, Facebook and creating engaging visual content using Canva.
