STARTICA is looking for a positive, motivated and service-oriented Help desk Specialist to join the Support team in a big company.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Providing technical support across the company, mainly remotely.
Installing computer software, other technical equipment.

*Availability in certain periods of time outside working hours will be required.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in big/middle size companies (500+ employees).
Active Directory and Exchange knowledge.
Deep understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Office.
