Senior Manager for IT Infrastructure Services

Deloitte - the leading and largest professional services firm in the world looking for a Senior Manager for IT Infrastructure Services.

Responsibilities:

• Engages with functional and technology leadership on the implementation of product roadmaps.
• Formulate vision and set direction for the team; Provide strategic and tactical planning to meet future business plans
• Provides technical and financial recommendations on the technology; Advises on major purchases and manages third party vendors.
• Leads a technical team that support storage, servers and systems and network platform infrastructure; Provides technical direction and solves complex technical problems.
• Manage the deployment, and performance of network platforms (WiFi, switches, router,…), storage, servers and systems of offices and data center. This includes the build of new offices and data center moves.
• Oversee daily operations such as installation, testing and troubleshooting. Manages the maintenance of software and hardware inventory. Oversees Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Coordinate projects/resources with IT project management leads. Ensure all project deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met.
• Define project scope and objectives. Schedule resources, create project schedules and devise overall staffing plans.
• Conduct ongoing examination of projects for compliance with established processes, project plans/schedules and budgets. Escalate risks and issues. Responsible for providing directions and ensuring clear communications including context, options and actionable plans.
• Builds and maintains relationships with partner/principals and firm director level through employee level.
• Construct strategic relationship with vendors and suppliers.

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with management role or leader role in IT Infrastructure
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Strong leadership, written and verbal skills.
• Problem solving, analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Project management skills, attention to details
• Ability to see the big picture
