Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and capacity planning aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Support and help manage the recruitment and selection process that is required to deliver the growth.

- Develop and monitor HR systems and procedures.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Proven working experience as HR Manager in an international expanding context.

- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

- Knowledge and implementation experience of HR systems and databases.

- Ability to engage with senior management and help architect strategy along with leadership requirements.

- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Sufficient knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
