Senior Growth Data Analyst

We are on the search for a Senior Growth Data Analyst who will join our Growth team. As the first Analyst in the company. This is a significant opportunity to impact the company’s growth and drive the company to new heights. You will influence decision making processes across all main groups - Marketing, Product, and Business, and work closely with the leadership team to determine exactly where and how WeSki wants to scale its Growth efforts.

WeSki, the world's first self-service platform for booking an entire ski trip in just a couple of clicks, is growing and fast. Doubling our scale YoY as we’ve been doing is definitely nice, but our eyes are on the prize and that prize is to become a $1B company.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years experience as a Data/Growth/Marketing/business analyst, preferably within a fast-growing consumer company
• Expert SQL skills and in data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PBI etc.)
• Familiarity with the main marketing channels and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Affiliate Networks)
• Familiarity with common MarTech tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer)
• Data-driven, familiar with A/B testing best practices and able to utilize advanced statistical methodologies to conduct in-depth analyses and tests
• 4+ years of experience working in the marketing data analytics field, experience with marketing platforms and questions such as incrementality, attribution etc.

Not mandatory, but it’ll be great if you also have:

• Experience working with Hubspot
• Experience working with Product Analytics platforms such as Mixpanel
• Familiarity with programming languages (Python)
• Familiarity with the travel industry

Responsibilities:

• Data Management and owning data integrity infrastructure: Efficiently collect, clean, and manage data from various sources (SQL databases, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex data sets.
• Dashboard Development: Design and develop intuitive and interactive dashboards using Looker Studio (or equivalent tools) to visualize data insights and support business decision-making processes.
• Financial and business modeling (e.g. LTV modeling, Churn modeling, yearly marketing channels planning)
• Master of our data infrastructure, serving as the primary troubleshooter for data queries from critical business partners.
• Perform ad hoc analysis with precision, delivering results that drive strategic decisions.
• Design and execute A/B tests, furthering our understanding of user behaviors and market trends.
• Utilize advanced statistical methodologies to conduct in-depth analyses and tests.
• Transmute raw data into actionable insights that fuel decision-making processes.
• Efficient Data Pipeline Building: Provide the analytical guidelines to build effective data pipelines from raw events to data models together with the data engineering team.
