ABAP Development Team Lead

we're seeking an ABAP Development Team Lead to join our team in Tel Aviv region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of programmers, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team, including task assignment, progress tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement complex processes within the SAP-ISH system, contributing to the enhancement of overall system functionality.

Requirements:

-4 years of experience in software development.

-Proficiency in ABAP development.

-Experience in team management or leadership roles.

-Familiarity with UI5 development technology - advantageous.

-Knowledge of SAP-ISH module - advantageous.
