Role Overview:
As a Success Manager at Magma Devs, (a core core contributor to Lava Foundation) you will lead the expansion and success of our Ecosystem Partnerships aka Incentivized Public RPC. With 4 active projects and many more coming soon, we’re looking for someone who can plan, execute and maximize customer satisfaction for our rapidly growing community and customer base.
Your role will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects, while creating reliable processes for any existing or future partnership, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
- Creating a success plan for each partnership, aimed at contract renewal
- Managing each partnership according to its success strategy, coordinating all relevant parties & teams
- Being creative, looking for new ways to make each partnership exciting & special!
- Tracking the progress and success KPIs for all partnerships
- Analyzing data and using insights to improve customer success initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with our partnering teams, users and providers
- Staying engaged and available to our partners, provide quick & clear support
- Developing simple and repeatable processes to maximize success for any ongoing or future partnership
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development (BD) and success management, ideally in the tech or Web3 field
- Organized and detail-oriented: with experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking numerous projects
- Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills: comfortable meeting and presenting to partners at both virtual and in-person events
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of diving into complex issues and quickly finding solutions
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Customer support: able to provide swift and clear responses, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with developers, engineers, and product managers to meet customer requirements
