Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Lama AI located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies for customer retention. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
