The Role:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance our client onboarding and satisfaction processes. This role is vital for managing and improving the overall client experience with Insait's tools, focusing on B2B interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and early success with our products.
• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and relationship management.
• Develop internal processes to streamline customer success activities and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to relay customer feedback and influence future product developments.
• Define and track key customer success metrics to guide business decisions and report on client outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in customer success or account management, particularly in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker with a track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
