Beti is leading company in the field of Construction Tech that develops and implements systems for managing construction sites in the field of safety and quality, we are growing at a fast pace and we are looking for a Support associate for a part time position.
In a reality where the fight against work accidents is intensifying, the management of the construction site in a regular and strict manner is necessary. Beti provides tools for success in ensuring the safety and quality of construction in the field while meeting the requirements of the law. The system provides control for managers and makes the information accessible in real time.
As part of our expansion, we seek full-time CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER to join our ‘Construction Digital Revolution’.
What You'll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager that will be responsible for managing the growth and success of Beti’s customers while supporting efforts to drive retention rates and increase revenue.
As part of the CS team, you will be responsible for building great customer relationships, and you will be responsible for shepherding our customers through the onboarding process and ensuring they are well-equipped to reap value from various Beti tools.
You will be working among the best talents in TLV in a fast-paced startup environment.
The position includes:
* Own all post-sale processes, and guide Beti’s customers step-by-step through implementation and onboarding
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support departments
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
* Develop and deepen relationships for all client-related aspects, from product implementation onwards.
* Utilize project management skills to drive all aspects of project planning, and onboarding
* Deliver business reviews and presentations to demonstrate the value the customer gains from our services.
Our humble expectations:
* 1-2 years experience as a customer success manager/account manager/any customer-facing position, managing relationships for B2B company or SaaS product
* A proven record of retaining, developing, and growing client relationships
* Committed to customer satisfaction with a passion for customer success
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Proactive; curious; quick learner; able to work collaboratively and independently
* Winner: Ambitious, tenacious, persistent, goal-oriented
* Team player with a positive, professional attitude
* Relevant academic education.
* Driving license -Must!!
