Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking for a pationate candidate to lead the company and take the CEO role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, from strategic planning to execution.
• Build the company from the ground up, establishing a strong foundation for growth and success.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Conduct market research and validation to identify opportunities and refine product offerings.
• Drive business development efforts, including establishing partnerships and securing key accounts.
• Lead capital raising initiatives, including pitching to investors and securing funding to fuel growth.
• Represent the company to external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive leadership roles, ideally as a CEO / COO or founder of a startup company.
• Strong track record of success in capital raising and sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
• Extensive experience working in the real estate or tech industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disruption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
