Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at Hakaveret CRM. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise and assistance to customers, ensuring outstanding customer support and satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing and resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving
• Customer Support experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
