The5ers is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!
Your place is here if you have endless leadership abilities and charisma, as well as a love of service!
Responsibilities:
- Own overall client relationships, enabling them to unlock value from their partnership with The5ers
- Establish a trusted and strategic relationship with each assigned client
- Be the customer's advocate internally by communicating requests and issues across departments
- Provide training, guidance, and advice to help The5ers clients
- Communicate major product updates and releases ensuring clients enact changes
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in managing a customer service center in a tech company - Must
- Flexibility in working hours and providing a broad response to staff
- Ability to work with interfaces throughout the company and outside it
- Ability to identify problems and provide a professional solution
- Finance knowledge- a big advantage
- Technical experience in technical centers - an advantage.
