About the Role

We are in search of a sharp, customer-facing Analyst who will specialize in delivering actionable insights to travel companies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the travel industry and adept at using data analysis to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Roll up your sleeves and actively engage in hands-on activities.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive landscape analysis to inform strategic planning and business development.
• Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity for analysis. Transform complex data sets into understandable and actionable insights for the leadership team.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive landscape analysis to inform strategic planning and business development.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders on business unit performance.
• Ad-hoc Analysis and Projects: Engage in special projects, providing analytical support and insights for various cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis with strong expertise in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities and tackle complex problems.
• Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities, making decisions in an agile and resourceful manner.
