Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Individual Service Coordinator at Rayan Centers. The Individual Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing personalized support to individuals, assisting them in accessing the services and resources they need. The Coordinator will help individuals with job search, career advancement, training enrollment, and any other vocational needs they may have.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide guidance and support to individuals
• Experience in job search assistance and career development
• Familiarity with vocational training and education programs
• Organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in Hebrew and Arabic
• Knowledge of local employment and educational resources
• Empathy and understanding of individuals from diverse backgrounds
