Information Technology Help Desk Support

NetNut is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Support to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

As an IT Help Desk Support , you will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, and in-person.
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
3. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
4. Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues and basic router/firewall configuration.
5. Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and equipment procurement.
6. Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and applications.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) a plus.
