Field Support Engineer- Relocation to USA JB-3380

The position includes:

Remote and on-site technical support for customers

New machine installations including customer training & maintenance training

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.

Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate

internal teams

Field upgrades installation

Install base performance analysis.

Procedures and BKM creation

Job Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in multidisciplinary capital equipment companies –a must.

BSc in mechanical/electrical engineering - a must.

Hands-on experience with hardware (e.g. maintenance and repair) - a must.

Background from the print industry – an advantage.

Availability to travel 60% of the time at US territory - a must.
