System Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for an Air defense System Engineering Team Lead to join us at the Missiles and Space Systems Division.

What will you do:

• Manage the system engineering and integration team in the development and validation of complex systems (system of systems) - hardware, communications, and software, from defining the solution through detailed design, integrations, testing, and deliveries to the client.
• Working in a matrix structure in collaboration with professional bodies in hardware, control, mechanics, software, and business entities.
• Responsibility for engineering requirements in projects at all development stages - concept development, engineering requirements definition, interfaces with subsystems, writing, formulation, and management of specifications and design documents.
• Manage continuous support and guidance of subcontractors and clients locally and internationally in a challenging schedule.
• Lead complex integrations that involve the integration of various subunits and sensors.

What we're looking for:

• BSC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautics - mandatory.
• Master's degree in Systems Engineering - an advantage.
• Over 5 years of experience in system engineering of complex systems (System of Systems) - mandatory.
• Over 3 years of experience in team management - mandatory.
• Writing technical documents and performance research execution.
• Background and familiarity with specification and testing processes.
• Experience in artillery systems - an advantage.
• Experience in Command and Control systems / Weapon Systems - an advantage.
• Great proficiency in technical English.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• High interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
• Fast learning ability and analysis of complex topics.
• Broad systemic view.
