Technical Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for a skilled Technical Infrastructure Manager to oversee and enhance our client's vast server infrastructure and rapid alert systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including daily system monitoring, version management, and performance optimization, ensuring the infrastructure supports high-volume, real-time operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily reviews and immediate troubleshooting of alerts received overnight.
• Maintain high availability and reliability across all technical systems and infrastructures.
• Manage extensive server environments, focusing on performance optimization and cost efficiency.
• Regularly deploy software updates to ensure stability and responsiveness of operations.
• Analyze performance data and generate detailed reports to inform strategic improvements.
• Oversee database maintenance and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with various teams to align technical infrastructure management with overall business goals.
• Provide on-call support for critical infrastructure issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in technical product management or a DevOps role, with a background in software development.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms and services such as AWS, GCP, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of key technologies such as Kafka, Snowflake, and Clickhouse; hands-on experience is highly advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in deployment methodologies, A/B testing practices, and the use of application monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with the principles of managing DNS and CDN.
• Solid understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements relevant to the AdTech industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
