Role Overview: As a Technical Support Engineer at ZEEKR, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electric vehicle network. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support to our network of dealerships and service centers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ZEEKR electric vehicles.
• Lead the resolution of intricate technical problems in the field.
• Implement effective work processes for diagnosing and solving issues promptly.
• Embed efficient work processes for accurate diagnosis and timely issue resolution.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an automotive workshop.
• Significant advantage if you have experience with electric vehicles.
• Strong familiarity with the technical aspects of electric vehicles.
• High proficiency in technical English.
• Willingness to work in a field-based position.
