Located in central Israel near a train station.

Role Overview: Joining as the first and senior analyst in the recently established data team. Reporting to the Head of Data. Working closely with the development team in Israel and the quality team in the US. Daily work includes Python, R, and SQL.

Responsibilities-

• Perform exploratory data analysis and algorithms to extract insights

• Monitor KPIs and data quality to ensure data integrity and flow

• Develop & Maintain BI reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customers

• Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements

• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support decision making processes

• Continuously improve data analysis processes and methodologies as needed

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science & Engineering

• Proven experience in quantitative analysis and data governance

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience in analyzing business data in startup environments - advantage

• Experience with Machine Learning techniques - advantage
