We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our team of signal processing and GIS analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding the team towards achieving project excellence. You will oversee the mapping analyst process, ensuring meticulous adherence to stringent quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of signal processing and GIS analysts, orchestrating their efforts towards project excellence.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth delivery of our products, serving as a conduit for effective communication and coordination.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an engineering office, architectural firm, or utilities sector is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with a passion for nurturing talent and fostering professional growth.
• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in analyzing physical sensors is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a Visual/Geospatial Analyst is preferred.
