Full-Stack Team Lead

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead with experience in React.js & Node.js.

What will you do?:

• Lead and grow a team of passionate, talented engineers.
• You will develop top-level technological solutions for our customers.
• Manage employee career development by providing coaching and mentoring, continuous performance feedback, collaborating with employees on their objectives, and providing a clear path for progression through personal development plans.
• You will help architect solutions.
• You will work side by side with DevOps & TestOps engineers to make sure the product is at the highest level.
  
  

• 4+ years experience as a Full-Stack developer with experience in React.js/Node.js.
• 1+ years experience as a team leader with the ability to attract, grow and retain exceptional talent.
• Quick learner, a team player, independent, imaginative and motivated individual with a passion to learn!
• Experienced in planning and execution of complex projects in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of software architecture.
