Ness is seeking a Customer Success Manager.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to ensuring the ongoing success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients and proactively addressing their needs to drive mutual success.
This is a full time and hybrid role based in Ra'anana.
Requirements:
At least 3 of sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets in client services or account management - A must.
Deep familiarity with public cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP), including practical experience in supporting customers in managing such environments – A must.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust, and develop long-term relationships with customers - A must.
