Business Development Manager

Job Description

Join the Wix CorpDev team, responsible for creating value and revenue to Wix via Strategic Product Partnerships, and Capital Investments. As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on delivering value to Wix eCommerce by creating meaningful relationships, partnerships and third party applications.

• Work closely with the eCommerce product team to research and define the needed partners to enhance the eCommerce offering.
• Build partnerships and integrations from start to finish including:
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Reach out and arrange business meetings with prospective partners, explain the product and understand the synergy points.
• Negotiate & close the deal
• Manage key accounts as well as other multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Work closely with the Implementation Management team to execute partnerships.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Product & Project:
• 7-10 years of experience in a tech company.
• Proficiency in comprehending product and its value proposition from partner materials.
• Market research experience and ability to focus on value-centric areas.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive them to action.
• Problem-solver, independent and agile.
• Commerce:
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to close deals.
• Experience maintaining long term partners management.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication

The Corporate Development team is responsible for creating value and revenue for Wix via strategic product partnerships, and capital investments. We work with every major group at Wix to provide solutions and find the best fit between the partner and Wix’s products in order to successfully create these large-scale partnerships.
