Independent Recruitment Business Development Partner – Israel

BRJ Overseas is looking for an experienced Independent Recruitment / Business Development Partner in Israel to help us identify and develop relationships with Israeli companies, employers, recruitment agencies, care organizations, contractors, and manpower companies that require workers from India and South Asia.

The primary responsibility will be to find genuine employers and recruitment opportunities in Israel and introduce them to BRJ Overseas for candidate sourcing and recruitment support.

Healthcare & Elderly Care

• Elderly caregivers
• Home-care workers
• Patient-care assistants
• Nursing assistants
• Healthcare support workers
• Senior citizen care workers
• Personal care assistants

We are also interested in opportunities for:

• Construction & infrastructure workers
• Welders, electricians, plumbers and technicians
• Masons, carpenters and steel fixers
• Manufacturing and industrial workers
• Machine operators and production workers
• Hospitality and hotel workers
• Cleaning and facility-management workers
• Drivers and logistics workers
• Agriculture workers
• Other skilled and semi-skilled manpower

The Independent Partner will be responsible for:

• Finding Israeli companies and organizations hiring foreign workers
• Identifying employers that are open to recruitment from India and South Asia
• Developing relationships with HR managers, recruitment agencies and employers
• Finding new job orders and manpower requirements
• Collecting detailed vacancy information
• Introducing potential employers to BRJ Overseas
• Coordinating initial communication and business discussions
• Following up on recruitment opportunities and future requirements
• Developing long-term employer relationships

BRJ Overseas will support the recruitment side from India, including:

Candidate sourcing → Screening → CV shortlisting → Skill matching → Interviews → Documentation support → Pre-deployment coordination, subject to applicable Israeli laws, regulations, licensing and employment procedures.

The Israeli partner's main focus will therefore be business development and finding genuine recruitment opportunities, while BRJ Overseas handles the Indian candidate-sourcing side.

We are looking for an individual who has:

• Strong contacts within Israeli companies or recruitment agencies
• Experience in recruitment, HR, manpower supply or business development
• Knowledge of the Israeli employment market
• Ability to identify genuine manpower requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing B2B relationships with employers or recruitment organizations

This is an independent partnership/business development opportunity, not a conventional salaried employment position. The commercial model can be discussed based on successful business development, job orders, recruitment volume, and the scope of cooperation.
