 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel for a Head of Customer Success. The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, customer retention, and account management. The role will also require strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

 Qualifications

Strong customer satisfaction and customer retention skills

Experience in account management

Excellent analytical skills

Effective communication skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Experience in the emergency management or search and rescue industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
