Full Stack Team Lead

Obligo is on a mission to build trust between landlords and renters through financial technology that supports the lifecycle of the landlord-tenant relationship. The strategic partnerships team leads the charge in identifying opportunities for and building collaborations with strategic partners such as property management software companies, financial institutions, tech companies, and other real estate related firms

Obligo is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to lead and build our tech team, shape the company's DNA and take part in our high-energy TLV beach-side office culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, recruit, and manage a team of full-stack developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Take ownership of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and estimation to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proactively identify technical challenges, risks, and dependencies, and work with the team to address them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, optimizing velocity and deliverability.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.
  
  

• 3+ years leading full-stack development team.
• 5+ years of practical experience in designing and developing large-scale, cloud-based systems that include frontend and backend.
• Proficiency in programming JavaScript (Node.js), and strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and managing teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach to addressing technical challenges.
• BSc in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with CQRS/Domain Driven Design - Advantage
